Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be part of one of four MDS “Teams” that represents a specific group of MDS clients.

• Engage with 4-8 different clients during an 8-hour workday, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic manner following a carefully crafted script approved by our clients.

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.

• Meet established fundraising and productivity benchmarks.

• Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid employment history demonstrating long-term job stability.

• Reliable wired internet connection.

• A designated quiet workspace at home free from typical household distractions.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit missions we support.
