Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS “Teams” that represent a designated group of MDS clients.

• Conduct calls for 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour shift, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic manner, following a meticulously prepared script approved by our clients.

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and potential donors on behalf of our clients.

• Meet the established fundraising and productivity benchmarks.

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history indicating long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet workspace at home free from typical household distractions.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• An eagerness to learn.
