Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS "Teams" responsible for contacting a designated group of MDS clients.

• Engage with 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic manner following a meticulously crafted script approved by our clients.

• Secure financial contributions from donors and potential donors on behalf of our clients.

• Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a robust employment history demonstrating long-term stability.

• A dedicated wired internet connection.

• A quiet home workspace free from regular household distractions.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.

• A desire to learn.

• Persistence.
