Outbound BDC Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls, sending emails, and texting to connect with dealership customers

• Clearly and professionally communicating the dealership's products, services, and opportunities

• Organizing appointments and creating avenues for customer engagement

• Achieving daily engagement and call activity targets

• Using company-provided technology and CRM systems to oversee customer interactions

• Keeping accurate and detailed records of every customer conversation

• Engaging in continuous training and coaching sessions

• Assisting with quality assurance efforts and upholding communication standards

• Working collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve outstanding results

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, BDC, appointment-setting, or sales is preferred

• Familiarity with online scheduling tools such as Xtime or Online Service Scheduler is advantageous

• Proficient in Google Drive and related applications

• Capable of typing a minimum of 40 WPM

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor on the phone
