Outbound Appointment Setter – Payroll Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients

• Present payroll software solutions and services

• Assess prospects using established criteria

• Arrange appointments for the sales team

• Update Salesforce following each interaction

• Record call results and notes

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling is necessary

• Experience in appointment setting is preferred

• Background in B2B sales is preferred

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Native or near-native English speaking proficiency is required
