Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate qualified sales appointments through a high-volume outbound prospecting approach.

• Spend the majority of your workday making over 500 outbound calls to engage prospective WarriorBabe clients by phone.

• Cultivate relationships and generate interest with potential clients.

• Consistently carry out outbound call campaigns and follow-up sequences.

• Qualify leads and coordinate appointments for our Sales Team.

• Maintain precise CRM notes and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Achieve and surpass daily activity and performance objectives.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance your performance continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in sales.

• Experience as an Outbound SDR, in appointment setting, or high-volume phone sales.

• Resilient attitude and able to handle rejection without taking it personally.

• Highly coachable and receptive to feedback.

• Enjoys competing against goals, scoreboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Earnings based on performance.

• Base Compensation: $3,600 per month.

• $4 for each Qualified Booked Call.

• $10 for each Qualified Show.

• Additional $8 Accelerator for every Qualified Booked Call exceeding your daily goal of 8 appointments.

• 0.5% commission on closed cash generated from your personally booked opportunities.

• No limit on performance earnings.

• The most successful Setters typically earn around: $3,600/month in base compensation, $650+/month in Qualified Booked Call incentives, and $1,200+/month in Qualified Show incentives.
