Lead TA Partner, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive recruitment services while overseeing essential hiring metrics.

• Establish and nurture consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders.

• Remain updated on business trends, labor market dynamics, and competitive talent intelligence.

• Convey market and candidate insights to shape hiring strategies through data and storytelling.

• Create and sustain networks of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operational talent pools.

• Utilize technology and AI-driven tools to identify, engage, and evaluate talent.

• Collaborate with the Americas TA and Global TA teams to develop recruitment strategies.

• Ensure hiring practices are consistent, compliant, and scalable.

• Research, design, and implement customized recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions.

• Use metrics, feedback, and best practices to perpetually enhance hiring strategies and processes.

• Act as the primary Americas TA contact for a designated function or business.

• Supervise requisition activities and manage selected requisitions within a TA pod structure.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offers and candidate experience.

• Over 10 years of recruiting experience.

• Background in recruiting across various disciplines and levels.

• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor and partner with leaders at all levels, including executives.

• Experience in collaborative work with a sense of ownership.

• Exceptional sourcing, networking, and market research capabilities.

• Strong skills in data-driven decision making, with experience in analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
