OTM Solutions Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead projects by managing relationships with customer executive-level contacts.

• Support in designing solutions, handling complex configurations, and troubleshooting issues.

• Oversee escalation and resolution processes for project-related challenges (design, configuration, testing, timelines, etc.).

• Supervise up to 5 direct reports.

• Manage concurrently up to 3-5 projects.

• Develop "to-be" business process designs that align with customer needs and facilitate dynamic freight management.

• Collaborate with customer executives to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of solutions according to all identified business requirements for the project.

• Engage in solution design, guiding team members and identifying mitigation strategies for project-related challenges.

• Conduct business process and functional audits, offering recommendations to enhance the utilization of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to fulfill customer requirements.

• Assist in analyzing and developing tools to optimize transportation planning at both operational and tactical levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain.

• 5-10 years of experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).

• Capability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
