This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily functional and technical assistance for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), proactively diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues and inquiries reported by customers.
• Oversee and address support tickets in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring prompt communication, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Address a diverse array of support requests, encompassing user access management, system configuration, data corrections, and solution improvements.
• Partner with customers during weekly status calls to review ticket backlog, prioritization, and progress on resolutions.
• Conduct quarterly regression testing in preparation for Oracle Cloud upgrades, identifying defects, validating fixes, and ensuring system reliability.
• Develop and update documentation for the Innovate Support knowledge base.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in configuring and supporting the OTM platform.
• Possess functional knowledge of transportation in the following areas: TL vs LTL, multi-stop shipments, tendering, carrier assignment, routing concepts, freight costs, appointment scheduling, and shipment execution lifecycle.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to integration, planning failures, tender problems, rate lookup/user access/security issues, and XML errors.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to: Query OTM tables, read transactional data, validate statuses, trace objects, and utilize SELECT statements, JOINs, and filtering for key OTM tables.
