
OtC Consultant – SAP Order-to-Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, deployment, and support for SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate in areas such as order management, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
• Collect and assess business requirements, converting them into SAP functional solutions and system designs.
• Provide functional ownership and direction for comprehensive OTC processes.
• Configure and enhance SAP SD and associated OTC functionalities.
• Assist in improving integrations with 3PL providers, EDI platforms, APIs, and SAP BTP services.
• Work alongside SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, Supply Chain/SCM, and other enterprise application teams.
• Engage in solution design, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP OTC functionality and integration.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement lasting corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, audit, and SAP delivery standards.
• Collaborate with global business and technical stakeholders across various functions and locations.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, documentation, and deliverables concurrently.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP OTC / Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end OTC business processes.
• Proven experience with SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Familiarity with integrations such as EDI, APIs, 3PL systems, or SAP BTP.
• Good knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, FI/CO, and SCM.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and translating requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a global enterprise setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, FMCG, manufacturing, or other highly regulated global sectors.
• Preferred: experience with SAP transformation, rollout, migration, or harmonization initiatives.
• Preferred: exposure to vast international SAP landscapes.
• Freelance / contract engagement.
