OTC and PTP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Authorize customer credit limits that fall outside the TCS authority.

• Actively reach out to customers through phone, email, and other communication methods to follow up on unpaid invoices.

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Legal teams to address billing disputes and enhance the customer experience.

• Support the BPO in resolving intricate customer/vendor inquiries.

• Assist the GPE in supervising the BPO service delivery for centralized finance services, including collections, customer/vendor inquiries, and customer credit limits.

• Evaluate weekly and monthly SLAs and performance metrics.

• Ensure precise and timely month-end closing activities, which encompass AR, AP, or Bad debt reconciliations and reporting.

• Act as the escalation point for urgent site PTP issues, such as vendor blocks or urgent wire transfers.

• Lead or support continuous improvement projects for processes related to BPO services.

• Uphold and enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.

• Proven experience in managing or closely collaborating with a BPO or shared service center is vital.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in developing and nurturing successful internal and external relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, along with technical and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure within a dynamic, complex organizational structure.
