
OSA and PIE Program Execution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the integration of enterprise portfolios and exert strategic influence across OSA indications and PIE initiatives.
• Develop and implement integrated program plans along with essential timelines.
• Drive execution across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations sectors.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Convert strategy into actionable plans that support launch readiness and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment, decision-making, and prioritization efforts.
• Oversee integrated program processes and create recommendations, strategic options, and materials that enable decisions for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Influence the prioritization of activities and resources in alignment with portfolio objectives.
• Integrate continuous improvement and foster cross-program learning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address enterprise risks and operational challenges.
• Lead planning processes that connect global strategies, business priorities, and operational execution.
• Anticipate portfolio risks, competitive changes, and strategic opportunities, recommending priorities and execution strategies accordingly.
• Promote collaboration across various functions and geographical locations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management, OR a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience, OR a Doctorate degree with 5 years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management for the least experienced alternative.
• Prior consulting experience with a prominent management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in addressing complex business challenges within a consulting context.
• Experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• A successful history of leading complex, cross-functional programs through key development and commercialization milestones.
• A strong executive presence that supports senior governance and decision-making bodies.
• Ability to influence without authority and foster alignment among diverse, global stakeholders.
• Proficient in strategic execution, operational leadership and commercialization, cross-functional influence and alignment, program and project management, executive communication and decision enablement, risk management and problem-solving, agility, and continuous improvement.
