Orthodontic Billing Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You autonomously oversee your designated orthodontic practices, serving as the knowledgeable point of contact for all inquiries related to billing.

• You create treatment and cost plans in accordance with GOZ, GOÄ, and BEMA regulations.

• You diligently review, post, and verify orthodontic services with care and reliability.

• You handle service billing and take responsibility for generating invoices.

• You engage with health insurers, private insurers, and KZVen (associations of statutory health insurance dentists) in a clear, confident, and professional manner.

• You share your expertise when drafting statements or formulating tailored solutions specific to each practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a Dental Assistant (ZFA) or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in orthodontic billing.

• A structured, detail-oriented, and team-focused working style.

• A passion for direct interaction with dental practices — empathetic, solution-driven, and reliable.

• Proficient in practice management software (e.g., Ivoris, Z1, Charly Solutio, Evident, Dampsoft) and competent with PCs.

• A sense of humor, calm demeanor, and energetic attitude — even during busy periods.
