Orthobiologics Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Attaining sales targets through a network of independent distributors.

• Creating and implementing strategies to enhance the adoption of Baxter’s bone graft solutions among surgeons and distributors.

• Cultivating a robust and sustainable sales pipeline utilizing the company’s CRM and forecasting tools.

• Identifying and fostering professional relationships with key opinion leaders within your region.

• Overseeing the recruitment and management of independent distributors.

• Offering support at major events in the US and representing the company in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR over 8 years of operating room sales experience.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A clinical background and experience are highly desirable (preferably in spine).

• Proven history of selling in a hospital operating room environment.

• Experience in managing a large territory.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Capability to convey product value propositions and detailed clinical information effectively.

• A proactive, hunter mentality with personal accountability for achieving substantial results.

• Must possess the ability to work independently.
