This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner adhering to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Deliver precise interpretation services between Limited English Proficient individuals and the Client.

• Facilitate effective communication while ensuring a high standard of customer service during interpreting sessions.

• Participate in internal professional training and provide updates to the team leader.

• Proficient in both Oromo and English languages.

• Capable of adhering to specific industry terminology, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Meet technical specifications for a computer suitable for remote work.

• Must possess a suitable wired headset for effective communication during calls.

• Motivated to pursue new professional certifications.
