This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and guide the Organizational Account Specialist(s)
• Delegate, prioritize, and track workloads to ensure prompt and efficient account services
• Offer training, support, and performance evaluations to foster team growth
• Maintain consistency in processes, service delivery, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Assume all responsibilities of the Organizational Account Specialist role as needed
• Build, manage, and sustain relationships with organizational accounts, SEGs, and partner institutions
• Act as the main escalation point for organizational representatives and stakeholders
• Enhance engagement and account penetration within existing groups while discovering new opportunities
• Oversee the onboarding, maintenance, and continuous servicing of organizational accounts
• 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services, organizational account management, operations, or a related field
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing or mentoring staff
• Strong skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Established expertise in managing vendor relationships, encompassing coordination, oversight, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Familiarity with credit union products, financial services, and fundamental finance principles
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to formulate and execute policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple priorities
