This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee medium-complexity continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes across various departments.
• Serve as an agent of organizational transformation, fostering sustainable enhancements in strategic workflows.
• Manage cross-functional projects that encompass diverse areas such as Operations, Project Management, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Promote collaboration among multifunctional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaboratively create, develop, and execute continuous improvement solutions utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen, and PDCA.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Lead workshops and training sessions, actively involving teams in the practical use of improvement methodologies.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics, providing leadership with clear visibility of outcomes.
• Ensure all initiatives align with the business strategy and deliver genuine value to the organization.
• Focus on excellence in project execution, emphasizing not only "what needs to be done" but also "how to effectively achieve it."
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement projects, ideally in complex environments.
• Significant experience in cross-functional projects, integrating various areas.
• Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
• Advanced understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, Design Thinking).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Resilient mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities and learning from setbacks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
