This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer project management assistance to the Enterprise Career Development team.
• Facilitate change management efforts for the essential skill career framework.
• Create resources for employees and managers related to career navigation, development plans, and skill assessments.
• Ensure a seamless and effective integration with new HR technology tools.
• Provide HR subject matter expertise to sector stakeholders for developing skill-based career resources.
• Perform benchmarking and research to support executive leadership recommendations aimed at building a skills-based organization.
• Assist in the creation of executive-ready presentations, communications, and change management materials in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience for Level 3, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience for Level 4, or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading projects, influencing or managing organizational change, and facilitating talent management processes, including succession planning and development strategies.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a demonstrated history of cultivating collaborative partnerships to influence direction and drive change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ethical standards and values; capable of acting as a trusted partner.
• Ability to develop strong consulting relationships that prioritize team, organizational, and business success.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong listening and team-building abilities.
• Business acumen regarding how HR processes and tools enhance business outcomes.
• Capability to quickly acquire knowledge of and utilize talent systems functionality and reporting.
• Excellent critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Human Resource Development.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday succession planning functionality or other talent management systems/software.
• Travel requirement: 25% of the time.
