This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The OCM Consultant will collaborate with the OCM Practice Manager and a distinguished team of like-minded OCM professionals, learning strategists, technical experts, and project managers.
• Execute all OCM-related activities, such as vision discovery, project kickoff, change scope analysis workshops, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and more.
• Create and implement new offerings centered around Microsoft Copilot.
• Formulate change strategies by identifying optimal communication and training avenues, as well as developing comprehensive communication, training, and champion plans.
• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge through various platforms, including blogs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Guide end-users, champions, and stakeholders to navigate this transition or transformation in a manner that minimizes anxiety or fear.
• Assess the effectiveness of the transition or transformation.
• Modify plans by employing tactics that address specific needs.
• Design and execute change management plans utilizing best practices and a consistent methodology.
• Offer leadership and direction to project teams, change champions, and junior consultants.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, project managers, and IT professionals to ensure alignment between change management initiatives and project goals.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and create new OCM materials and engagements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or adoption roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive—understanding best practices, identifying valuable use cases for customers, and addressing end-user and IT objections.
• Experience with GCC High migration projects, Copilot deployment, and Power Platform is advantageous.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Design and creativity skills to make communication visually appealing and impactful are certainly a plus.
• Ability to proactively respond to internal and external inquiries and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in user research (both qualitative and quantitative) and conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Capable of efficiently problem-solving within the specific area of expertise and recommending process improvements or standardization when requested or directed.
• Knowledgeable in the specific area of expertise, demonstrating a proactive approach to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding features and capabilities, with the option to identify and refer additional products or services as needed.
• Proven expertise in OCM projects related to Microsoft 365.
• Ability to conduct assessments with C-Suite executives, end-users, and IT contacts, focusing on collaboration, governance, productivity, well-being, and engagement.
• A history of successfully working with clients to understand their business and culture.
• Expertise in partnering with enterprise clients strategically to assess, envision, plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an OCM program.
• A strong reputation for delivering results with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse cultures and think outside the box.
• Experience with implementing Copilot agents is a plus.
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is an advantage.
