Organization Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the impacts on stakeholders, processes, roles, and operations related to upcoming Zero Trust implementations.

• Create activities for change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transitions that align with implementation phases.

• Assist in operational readiness assessments by pinpointing adoption dependencies, training requirements, process modifications, and unresolved organizational risks.

• Collaborate with system owners and operational teams to document transition requirements while honoring Government operational ownership.

• Gather lessons learned from adoption efforts and incorporate them into future implementation strategies, playbooks, and reusable frameworks.

• Facilitate the ongoing use of new Zero Trust functionalities through comprehensive process documentation and handoff materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of experience in change management, technology adoption, transformation, or stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise technology implementations that impact diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong skills in facilitation, impact assessment, communication, and transition planning.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams in a Federal setting.

• Preferred experience in cybersecurity or Zero Trust transformation.

• Preference for familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change methodologies.

• Experience in supporting large distributed organizations is preferred.

• Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, or PMP certification is preferred.
