Organisational Change Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create a compelling case for change, reach consensus on the desired future state, and assess client readiness for transformation.

• Build a change network, engage senior stakeholders to champion the change, manage resistance from stakeholders, and execute communication and engagement strategies and plans.

• Identify, tackle, and resolve issues related to technology adoption among users.

• Facilitate the alignment of organizational structures, define roles and responsibilities, and conduct workforce planning.

• Operate independently with clients to comprehend their needs, craft customized change management strategies, and guarantee effective implementation.

• Manage change management projects from start to finish, ensuring that milestones are achieved and deliverables are met.

• Develop and conduct training programs to support change initiatives and bolster client capabilities.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancements and apply best practices in change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

• Experience in the consulting industry, particularly in roles focused on supporting or managing change.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as MS O365, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce).

• Capability and eagerness to quickly develop skills while working in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: Proficiency in a second European language such as French, German, or Spanish.
