Consultor de Implantação

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in implementation processes by carrying out planned activities according to the schedule;

• Conduct interviews to map client processes;

• Prepare initial configurations and registrations of the environment/system based on the mapping performed;

• Validate the new configurations to be delivered to the client;

• Record and organize the artifacts outlined in the implementation process;

• Lead internal training sessions with teams regarding business rules and configurations applied in projects;

• Monitor the production launch (Go Live) on-site;

• Conduct the "handoff" ceremony to the Support team after the monitoring period;

• Ensure records are maintained in the knowledge base;

• Contribute to the application of best practices and suggest improvements in the implementation process;

• Report to management on strategic movements that may arise from clients;

• Open tickets to report incidents to other teams;

• Engage in the analysis and handling of tickets submitted by clients remotely or in person;

• Perform analysis and validation of migrations;

• Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept for Celk systems;

• Provide support for other activities within the Services area;

• Record work results, contributing to the department's indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education in fields related to Health or Systems;

• Valid CNH B;

• Availability for travel (national operations);

• Knowledge in health service management;

• Understanding of process mapping;

• Experience in system implementation (desirable);

• Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable);

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and BPM (desirable).
