This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Configuring, setting up, and testing AX/D365FO functional modules and processes while effectively identifying system gaps utilizing robust process and system knowledge.
• Offering daily functional and process-related support to AX/D365FO users and operational units throughout the Eurofins network, focusing on areas such as finance and purchasing.
• Analyzing and documenting Problems, Incidents, and Change Requests in collaboration with Process Owners and Business Analysts from IT delivery teams.
• Engaging in close, proactive, and professional collaboration with other Global IT delivery teams to ensure exceptional performance standards and high-quality solutions.
• Designing, planning, and leading training sessions for business and end users to facilitate proper knowledge and skill development across the Eurofins network of companies.
• Designing, planning, and executing test plans and test cases for comprehensive business scenarios and overseeing local UAT activities in partnership with the Release Manager.
• Formulating, planning, and executing Cut-Over and Go-Live strategies for newly integrated entities, including data migration, cleansing, and preparation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365FO in functional, business support, or finance-related positions.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in delivering clear and concise oral and written communication in international and multicultural business and IT settings.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and supporting system enhancements is highly desirable.
• Professional experience with AX/D365FO on consulting or end-user sites, including involvement in requirements gathering, process analysis and design, workshops, training, and testing sessions.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Background in data migration, integration testing, and interface-related activities.
• Knowledge of Trade & Logistics, Purchasing, or Stock Management modules.
