Consultor de Digital Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Our Smart Manufacturing Consultants operate across various industrial sectors worldwide, assisting clients on their digital transformation journeys.

• In this role, you will aid manufacturing organizations in designing and implementing modern, scalable, and efficient solutions that address real factory floor challenges.

• You will be involved from start to finish: from pre-sales discussions and solution architecture to successful project delivery and client adoption.

• This position requires strong technical depth, business understanding, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

• Engage with clients during pre-sales to understand challenges, define scope, and propose suitable architectures.

• Design and implement Smart Manufacturing solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with OT/IT teams to integrate SCADA, MES, PLCs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Support the entire project lifecycle: requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.

• Translate real factory floor needs into scalable digital solutions.

• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Automation, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience;

• Solid experience in industrial systems, automation, or digital manufacturing;

• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily interaction with international clients;

• Strong knowledge of industrial systems (SCADA, MES, PLC), regardless of the vendor;

• Experience in programming, including object-oriented concepts and database interaction (SQL).

• **Differentials:**

• Experience with web development (JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or similar);

• Knowledge of Ignition (Inductive Automation), Sepasoft MES, or similar platforms;

• Familiarity with Siemens hardware (PLC, HMI, industrial networks);

• Experience with cloud-based architectures or IIoT platforms.
