This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide expert advice to clients as a trusted consultant on workplace culture.
• Depending on your experience level, you will collaborate with either smaller or more complex larger clients.
• Administer, analyze, and report on various workplace surveys, including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, diversity, leadership 360, and client service quality surveys.
• Manage current client accounts and assist with acquiring new clients.
• Actively engage in our internal product development initiatives.
• Receive coaching from a senior consultant who will aid in your personal and professional growth.
• A keen interest in enhancing workplace engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
• A knack for working with technological systems and data.
• Strong customer service abilities in understanding client needs and offering expert guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Outstanding time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail (mention Star Wars in your cover letter to demonstrate this skill).
• Capacity to research and resolve problems independently.
• Skills in communicating and coordinating work within a close-knit team.
• Relevant professional experience along with a degree in Psychology, Business, or a closely related field.
• Commitment to remain in the role for a minimum of 3 years.
• A playful attitude and willingness to maintain a light-hearted approach.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and our Sydney office for occasional meetings.
• Australian citizenship, residency, or a clear pathway to residency.
