πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the posting strategy across all owned channels, focusing on cadence, frequency, timing, sequencing, and platform-specific publishing norms.

β€’ Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar, determining the mix and formats of content while executing publishing tasks.

β€’ Ensure that live content remains accurate and up-to-date, making necessary corrections to posts when product details, prices, or claims change.

β€’ Plan, create, or adapt, and publish content for Winona brand persona accounts, each with their own unique voices and cadences.

β€’ Generate concepts and produce detailed ClickUp production tickets that include concepts, hooks, scripts or talking points, format specifications, references, and desired outcomes.

β€’ Identify and modify content from paid media, ambassadors, and other channels for organic social use.

β€’ Choose appropriate assets, revise hooks and captions, and time the repurposed content to avoid a recycled advertising appearance.

β€’ Manage caption strategy, drafting hooks and captions using AI tools, and submit drafts to the Copy team for editorial review.

β€’ Actively engage with creators, practitioners, menopause advocates, adjacent brands, and relevant audience discussions to enhance reach and foster relationships.

β€’ Route incoming comments and direct messages to Patient Services, promptly escalating any reputationally sensitive issues to the Head of Social.

β€’ Transition relationships that are progressing towards paid partnerships to the Paid team.

β€’ Provide regular KPI performance reports detailing results, drivers, and recommended tests.

β€’ Escalate any identified anomalous performance metrics.

β€’ Operate within the channel strategy established by the Head of Social; responsibilities regarding paid social strategy, buying, budget management, and influencer program management are outside of this scope.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media for a brand or agency, accompanied by a portfolio that demonstrates your work and the rationale behind it.

β€’ Proven expertise in creative briefing, encompassing concepts, hooks, scripts, format specifications, and reference materials.

β€’ Strong editorial skills for short-form video content; capable of effectively directing others.

β€’ Exceptional copywriting abilities, particularly in crafting hooks, captions, and engaging in conversation.

β€’ Practical fluency with AI writing tools and sound editorial judgment.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of Instagram and TikTok mechanics, including formats, audio, algorithm behavior, and current performance trends.

β€’ Active daily presence in short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

β€’ Consistent posting schedule on YouTube Shorts, X, and Pinterest.

β€’ Ability to adopt a distinct corporate tone for LinkedIn communications.

β€’ Capability to provide substantial, well-disclosed long-form responses on Quora.

β€’ Disciplined approach to listening-only monitoring on Reddit, with no posting without explicit approval.

β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance reports.

β€’ Demonstrated reliability in adhering to a fixed publishing schedule and engaging with a live audience.

β€’ Skilled in writing and publishing in multiple distinct voices while managing separate persona accounts.

β€’ Experience with ClickUp tickets and production workflows is advantageous.

β€’ Strongly preferred: background in healthcare, telehealth, supplements, or wellness.

β€’ Strongly preferred: experience in driving account growth through outbound engagement and creator relationships.

β€’ Strongly preferred: familiarity with menopause, perimenopause, or women's midlife health issues.

β€’ Ability to work during core business hours that align with Central and Eastern Time (CST/EST).
