Organic Performance Manager – EN Markets

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of extensive organic growth strategies.

• Enhance visibility and performance across conventional search engines and generative AI platforms.

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a compact team of SEO/Organic specialists.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to impact technical SEO and site architecture.

• Direct the creation, testing, and expansion of new organic growth initiatives.

• Work alongside Global Digital PR teams to facilitate high-impact link acquisition.

• Establish and maintain standards for content quality.

• Create performance measurement frameworks and perform thorough analyses.

• Advocate for innovation by deploying new tools and methodologies.

• Assist the Global Director of Organic Performance in shaping the long-term strategy.

• Manage SEO testing frameworks, including A/B testing.

• Experience in managing and developing high-achieving SEO teams.

• Profound technical SEO expertise.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile settings.

• Knowledge of digital PR and link acquisition methodologies.

• Understanding of content strategy and semantic search optimization.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and performance experimentation frameworks.
