Organic Growth Lead, SEO, AEO Content

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality and production of content for Jerry across both jerry.ai and external platforms.

• Develop and lead a system that positions Jerry as a trusted authority in response to customer inquiries.

• Create content that achieves high rankings on Google and receives citations in AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

• Organize web pages to enhance visibility in AI answer engines and identify gaps in Jerry's online presence.

• Manage the editorial engine, publishing schedule, channel strategy, and resource distribution.

• Design and manage the AI-driven process from brief to publication: including briefing, AI drafting, human editing, quality assurance, and publishing.

• Establish quality controls and monitoring metrics to ensure content quality is maintained at scale.

• Set and uphold editorial standards for both writers and AI contributors.

• Create a credibility framework that includes named authors, sourced claims, and transparent review methodologies.

• Take responsibility for organic traffic, AI citations, and customer acquisition goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Strong editorial discernment and the capability to craft engaging, compelling content for both human readers and large language models (LLMs).

• A keen interest and ability to stay ahead of the rapidly changing SEO and AEO landscapes.

• Proficient in utilizing LLMs for drafting, research, synthesis, automation, and content amplification.

• Capability to design and implement AI-centric content production systems.

• Ability to enforce stringent factual sourcing, verification, quality assurance, and editorial standards, particularly for YMYL insurance and finance content.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
