Organic Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Analyze search engine results pages (SERPs) and prioritize content with commercial intent.

• Revise and enhance existing content using the editor.

• Guarantee the accuracy and performance of content across our websites.

• Assume authorship when it aligns with editorial strategy; brief and oversee freelancers during scaling efforts.

• Track key metrics that matter (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of proven experience in SEO.

• Proficient in using Plausible/GA4, Search Console, ahrefs, and SEO dashboards.

• Comfortable integrating LLMs into your workflow.

• Strong editorial judgment to ensure quality validation.

• Native Portuguese speaker (PT-PT).

• Proficient in English for tools and research purposes.

• Business-minded, with a focus on revenue and conversions.
