Organic Growth Associate

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic footprint on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a tailored community engagement guide for posting, responding, and knowing when to hold back.

• Transform Jerry's subreddits into vibrant, trustworthy communities.

• Design scalable content and engagement plans while maintaining authenticity and utilizing AI where applicable.

• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to guarantee consistency across channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

• Represent Jerry in a genuine manner and foster trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably experienced in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-oriented and/or regulated sectors.

• Deep understanding of the cultures on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to write in an authentic voice, avoiding corporate jargon.

• Knowledge of SEO and how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated ability to make otherwise mundane or challenging topics feel relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Skill in delivering genuine insights in personal finance conversations and navigating TikTok's comment culture.

• Applicants must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.
