Order to Cash, Sales & Customer Fulfillment Lead Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee solution design throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle

• Collaborate with clients to collect business requirements

• Establish the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture

• Assess and create prototypes for various solution options

• Configure SAP functionalities

• Assist in testing and address defects

• Facilitate a successful deployment

• Provide leadership for both onsite and offshore teams

• Direct critical design decisions

• Maintain communication with both business and technical stakeholders during the implementation lifecycle

• Lead or architect comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Aid in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live tasks

• Foster client relationships and showcase SAP solutions to stakeholders

• Lead teams comprising U.S.-based and offshore personnel

• Travel approximately 80% within the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience with SAP, particularly in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution/Order-to-Cash

• Extensive hands-on expertise in sales organization structure, quotations, contracts, sales master data, pricing, sales orders, Available-to-Promise, delivery, shipping, and billing

• Experience supporting various sales channels, including eCommerce and EDI

• Proficient in integrating SAP SD with other SAP logistics modules

• Familiarity with Fiori applications that support Order-to-Cash processes

• Proven experience in leading or architecting multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally version 1709 or later

• Strong background in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Previous consulting experience with a proven ability to cultivate client relationships and present SAP solutions to stakeholders

• Experience managing teams that include U.S.-based and offshore resources

• Bachelor’s degree

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% throughout the United States

• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred but not mandatory
