Order to Cash – Sales & Customer Fulfillment, F-SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of Order-to-Cash solutions.

• Engage with client stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements.

• Evaluate and analyze business processes.

• Configure functionalities within SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.

• Create and validate various solution options.

• Aid in testing phases and address any defects.

• Support deployment efforts.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams.

• Assist in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience with SAP, particularly in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution/Order-to-Cash.

• Proficient in hands-on configuration across sales organization structures, including quotations, contracts, sales master data, pricing, sales orders, ATP, delivery, shipping, and billing.

• Experience in supporting sales processes via eCommerce and EDI channels.

• Familiarity with SAP SD integration with other logistics modules within SAP.

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications that facilitate Order-to-Cash processes.

• Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

• Strong skills in communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting.

• Successful history of working with both onsite and offshore delivery teams.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% across the United States.

• SAP S/4HANA certification is recommended but not mandatory.
