Order Picker, Filler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Leverage remote technology to access our inventory management system and receive immediate order notifications.

• Select and pick items from the warehouse using automated or robotic systems under your remote supervision.

• Work in collaboration with on-site personnel, providing clear instructions for packing and labeling orders.

• Perform remote quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of each order.

• Effectively communicate with on-site staff via audio or video conferencing tools to resolve issues or offer guidance.

• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.

• Achieve productivity goals while ensuring a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in order picking, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred.

• Technologically proficient with the ability to navigate digital interfaces and remote control systems.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with on-site personnel and provide clear instructions.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as necessary.
