Order Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete order processing lifecycle for all product lines at Ookla.

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance operational workflows to minimize friction.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accountability for key CRM data inputs.

• Take ownership of and optimize the administration of vendor intake forms and customer onboarding processes.

• Oversee operational requirements for RFPs, guaranteeing timely and accurate submission of operational information.

• Act as the subject matter expert on the impact of deal structures on revenue, working closely with Legal and Finance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations.

• Advanced expertise in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).

• Strong foundational understanding of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles.

• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling operational processes from the ground up.

• Capability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership and ensure teams adhere to data and process standards.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-variable workflows.
