Lead Consultant, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in both consulting and execution: join in BUILD and the agile development of applications.

• Suggest the most suitable solutions by constructively challenging client perspectives.

• Contribute to research and development activities: technology scouting and identifying best practices.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

• Address systemic complexity challenges within a large-scale production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise: infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation tools (Ansible, Git, Terraform).

• Understanding of architecture across various cloud ecosystems: hyperscalers and/or trusted/sovereign clouds such as Outscale, OVH, Scaleway.

• Production and operations management: observability, performance, and availability.

• Management experience.

• Capability to function as a functional manager or career advisor.
