This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee client inquiries, schedule appointments, gather feedback, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client records, which include measurements, preferences, order details, and specific requests.
• Follow up on pending client requests, order updates, and necessary information.
• Coordinate order processing tasks and guarantee that information is complete, precise, and acted upon efficiently.
• Monitor fabric supplies, materials, and associated inventory records.
• Keep order documentation and administrative records organized.
• Provide general administrative assistance across daily business activities.
• Aid with data entry, documentation, filing, and maintenance of records.
• Support enhancements in processes related to client records, order administration, inventory tracking, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery, order coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Enable communication between customer-facing teams and operational teams.
• Carry out additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Certificate III in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–4+ years of experience in administration, client services, customer support, order coordination, or a comparable role.
• Experience in the fashion, retail, luxury goods, custom products, or other customer-centric environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and order administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM, booking systems, order management, or client record systems is advantageous.
• Ability to manage confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work from home.
• Day shift, 0700 AM–0400 PM PHT, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
• Monday to Friday work schedule; weekends off.
