This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review incoming sales contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm that measurements, materials, and project scope correspond with order requirements.
• Detect discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and highlight issues.
• Ensure that all order details comply with internal quality standards prior to processing.
• Create comprehensive material lists based on approved contracts.
• Enter order data accurately into ERP systems.
• Keep organized and mistake-free order records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any contract or order issues.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions as responsibilities expand.
• Adhere to established SOPs for order verification and processing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred experience in reviewing contracts, invoices, or sales orders.
• A background in construction, home improvement, or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Ability to learn swiftly and manage repetitive high-volume tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level).
• Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
