This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Stay informed about current legislation and advancements in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Offer technical expertise to address intricate incidents and challenges following ITIL Incident Management practices.
• Assess business needs and convert them into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
• Develop, oversee, and routinely evaluate configurations of the Oracle Payroll system and disaster recovery protocols.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and external vendors.
• Administer system security and monitor user activities.
• Plan, execute, test, release, and implement significant modifications to system provisions.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage with Oracle and other suppliers.
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced staff as their primary resource for inquiries and advice.
• Act as the technical lead for Oracle Payroll during business transformation projects.
• Extensive training in Oracle Payroll is essential.
• Significant experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll is required.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and clients to fulfill operational requirements.
• Experience in utilizing technical skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong work planning abilities, leveraging project management methodologies.
• Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize and achieve work objectives.
• Proven collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of equality and diversity issues in the workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend the internal and external factors impacting clients/customers.
• Capability to convey complex technical matters to a non-technical audience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Must reside in the UK.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Basic DBS vetting level is required.
