This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and maintain the 12c Oracle Identity Management application, which includes OAM, OID, and OIG.
• Facilitate IAM continuous monitoring of identities, access and permission alterations, privilege escalation, bot activities, and associated tasks.
• Assist in user access provisioning, authentication, and access management procedures.
• Engage in troubleshooting sessions for OIG/OAM in both production and non-production settings.
• Create and sustain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration manuals.
• Employ security-focused practices, including secure coding methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to guarantee that technical and operational security controls function as intended.
• Implement, maintain, and transition OIG and OAM 12c components and OID 12c.
• Design custom webpages, scheduled jobs, automation scripts, adapters, event handlers, notifications, plugins, and connectors.
• Diagnose and resolve OIG/OAM issues in both production and non-production environments.
• Craft SQL queries that support custom functionalities, reporting, and problem resolution.
• Create, update, migrate, and manage BI Publisher reports.
• Oversee various deliverables and track progress to completion.
• Investigate relevant issues using Splunk logs.
• Address audit requirements concerning certifications, user activities, access grants, and request approvals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Identity & Access Management field.
• Proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and migrating OIG and OAM 12c components, including WebLogic, OIM, SOA, BI, OAM, OAA, and OARM.
• Familiarity with OID 12c.
• Strong skills in Java programming.
• Expertise in OIG/OAM REST and Java APIs.
• Experience in developing webpages, scheduled jobs, automations, adapters, event handlers, notifications, plugins, and custom ICF/CI connectors.
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles, such as RBAC/ABAC, segregation of duties, least privilege, and privilege escalation.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve OIG/OAM issues in production and non-production environments.
• Strong SQL query skills, including the ability to write custom queries and manage SQL objects.
• Experience in creating, updating, migrating, and maintaining BI Publisher reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Preferred: experience with upgrading from FMW 12c to 14c.
• Knowledge of SSO, identity federation, MFA, entitlements, SAML, OAuth, and related authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Experience with LDAP directories and executing LDAP queries.
• Understanding of WebAuthn/FIDO2, device-level signaling, and Zero Trust identity functionalities.
• Preferred experience with OAM 12c, WebGate configuration and deployment, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience in fulfilling IAM audit requirements.
• Familiarity with Splunk and the ability to analyze logs.
• Strongly preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
• Must be able to pass a CMS background check.
• Must have resided in the US for at least three of the past five years.
• No security clearance is currently required; none needed to obtain.
• US citizenship is not mandatory.
