Oracle Fusion Specialist, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implementation and Configuration: Assist with the setup, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement, while ensuring alignment with business processes and controls.

• Functional Support: Diagnose functional issues, workflows, and business rules, providing operational support on a daily basis and addressing production system challenges.

• Integration and Reporting: Work alongside technical teams to design and sustain integrations, custom reports, and workflows utilizing Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI, and SmartView.

• Data Management: Engage in data migration, validation, and cleansing tasks, ensuring data integrity during system upgrades or migrations.

• Project Participation: Contribute to ERP-related initiatives, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing, and month-end or year-end closing activities.

• Customer Service and Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Monitor and assist with scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors.

• Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that falls under US export controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; a financial or accounting background is a plus.

• Over 3 years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support role.

• Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Strong background in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement.

• Experience in creating OTBI reports.

• Solid understanding of business processes and controls.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Comfortable providing support for production systems and business-critical processes.
