Oracle Fusion PPM Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Oracle Fusion PPM solutions encompassing Project Costing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management.

• Create Work Breakdown Structures, task hierarchies, and budgeting/forecasting models.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with USMC program managers and convert project execution requirements into Fusion configurations.

• Establish integration points among Project Financials, General Ledger, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

• Develop OTBI/BI Publisher reports for tracking project financial performance and burn rates.

• Supervise the data conversion strategy for project-related information utilizing FBDI/HDL.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project functional and technical teams.

• Assist with SIT/UAT testing and address complex project configuration issues.

• Document project architecture, data flows, and decisions related to system design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion PPM, showcasing architect-level solution design.

• Extensive knowledge in Project Costing and Resource Management.

• Expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Practical experience with FBDI/HDL data conversion.

• Must be capable of passing a T3 background investigation.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Active Secret clearance is highly preferred.

• Oracle Cloud PPM certification is required.

• Previous experience with federal/DoD program and project financial systems is advantageous.

• PMP or Agile/SAFe certification is preferred.
