This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements pertaining to Core HR and Compensation processes.

• Configure and provide support for the Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Compensation modules.

• Develop and execute compensation plans, salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and stock-based compensation initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders to establish compensation strategies and oversee annual compensation review processes.
