Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Consultant – Functional, Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Validate and finalize source-to-target mappings from PeopleSoft and other systems to Oracle Fusion.

• Establish value mappings, defaults, and data quality standards.

• Review mappings created by Mosaic AI agents.

• Collaborate with client finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to verify mappings and make exception decisions.

• Prepare and verify FBDI files for each mock conversion cycle.

• Analyze Oracle Fusion load errors and implement solutions in mapping, data, or sequencing.

• Support test loads and full-volume loads during each release cycle.

• Reconcile converted data with legacy systems by counts and balances according to client exit criteria.

• Prepare reconciliation documentation and clarify discrepancies to finance users.

• Assist with business validation and obtain sign-off.

• Provide Mosaic AI agents with functional context and address gaps or misinterpretations prior to client delivery.

• Operate under the guidance of the on-site Oracle Data Migration Architect, collaborating with Tessera Labs' Forward Deployed Engineers and AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP.

• A minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions in the relevant domain.

• Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model pertaining to Financials, Procurement, Projects, and OTL.

• Practical FBDI experience, particularly in resolving load errors.

• Experience in reconciliation with finance users.

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS as a source for conversion.

• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation tasks.

• Strong command of business English.

• Ability to maintain consistent daily overlap with US Eastern hours.

• Preferred: PeopleSoft Financials source experience.

• Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry.

• Preferred: Familiarity with automated or AI-assisted data conversion tools.

• Preferred: Oracle Cloud certification in the relevant area.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs.

• Must indicate whether immigration sponsorship will be necessary.
