This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and data models for Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects) and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) modules.
• Write and assist with SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and validation tasks.
• Address ERP reporting needs, including GL Balance reporting and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) reports.
• Aid in integrations via REST and SOAP APIs and support E-Invoicing reporting requirements.
• Assist with bulk data loads, data migration, and data conversion tasks.
• Create and manage Descriptive Flex fields (DFFs) and assist in OTBI subject area reporting.
• Utilize GO URLs for Oracle Fusion report navigation and drilldowns.
• Develop and maintain reports associated with Payroll, Timecards, Absence Management, Benefits, and Workers Compensation.
• Design and maintain BI Publisher templates and document layouts, including Purchase Orders, Invoice templates, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) forms.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during testing, deployments, and quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
• Support compliance and audit reporting requirements covering payroll, financial, and internal audit reports.
• Assist with data reconciliation between sub-ledgers and the General Ledger.
• Resolve report issues, data discrepancies, and performance challenges.
• Support regression testing efforts during Oracle quarterly updates.
• Adhere to security standards, data privacy regulations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or HCM reporting development.
• Experience in supporting Finance and HR reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
