Oracle Functional Consultant – EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in configuring metadata, forms, dashboards, business rules, and security settings within Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• Support data loading, mapping, and reconciliation checks utilizing Data Management and standard Oracle integration features.

• Prepare and execute testing scripts, document configurations, log defects, and maintain implementation and support documentation.

• Provide primary support for user inquiries, data loading issues, and application functionality, escalating complex matters as necessary.

• Assist with minor enhancements, report generation, dashboard updates, and automation efforts to enhance system usability.

• Actively engage in project initiatives, knowledge transfer sessions, and certification pathways to enhance Oracle EPM Cloud expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, ARCS).

• Familiarity with metadata management and business rules concepts.

• Understanding of data integration and mapping principles.

• Basic Excel skills for data validation and analysis.

• Comprehension of the testing lifecycle and defect management.

• Fundamental accounting knowledge (GL, reconciliations, month-end closing, budgeting concepts).

• Understanding of financial reporting and planning processes.

• Ability to interpret finance requirements and translate them into system tasks.

• Awareness of data reconciliation and control concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

• A collaborative team player with experience in agile environments and distributed delivery models, including both onshore and offshore teams.
