This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee Oracle ERP projects and tasks of medium complexity.
• Collaborate on the analysis, design, validation, testing, and implementation of application systems.
• Identify and address technical issues that impact business operations and application performance.
• Assist in optimization and enhancement initiatives for financial applications and processes.
• Investigate user preferences to inform decisions regarding application design.
• Gather technical requirements and support the implementation of current and future financial applications.
• Engage with business users and produce detailed design documentation.
• Implement technical specifications across integration, reporting, and data conversion areas.
• Facilitate comprehensive testing, review technical defects, and collaborate with developers.
• Coordinate meetings for requirement gathering, project communications, and system integration testing with vendors and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business operations, prioritize requested changes, and implement system enhancements.
• Evaluate new functionalities and rigorously test each new release.
• Organize meetings with both functional and technical teams.
• Develop Level of Effort estimates and monitor actual hours worked.
• Create process flows and supporting documentation for business stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows, data collection processes, report specifics, and technical challenges.
• Adhere to naming and numbering conventions, change control protocols, environment management, and security classifications.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in configuring and designing Oracle ERP financials.
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a physician practice or hospital environment.
• Proficient in financial software and systems, especially ERP systems.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude towards learning new applications.
• Ability to comprehend InnovAge Finance business processes and apply effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced projects related to system implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Less than 10% planned travel to InnovAge corporate locations or related sites.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Florida applicants must undergo background screening via the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
