This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the processes of company incorporation, amendments, and dissolution/closure with Commercial Registries, Notary Offices, the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the Federal Revenue Service, municipal authorities, and various agencies across Brazil.
• Oversee municipal and state licensing procedures and secure permits and licenses throughout Brazil.
• Offer clients assistance and advice regarding the processes being managed.
• Monitor filings, deadlines, requirements, and outstanding items to ensure progress aligns with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Evaluate documents and information, pinpoint discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
• Document and update processes in internal systems to maintain organization and traceability.
• Address critical cases and situations that require additional focus, enhancing operational quality and efficiency.
• Guarantee the quality of Legalization processes by identifying and resolving issues, minimizing recurring failures, and improving efficiency.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in managing company incorporation, corporate amendments, and company dissolution/closure processes.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, the 5 Whys, and verification checklists.
• Fundamental understanding of data creation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of conducting internal and external audits.
• Basic understanding of metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Average Wait Time (AWT).
• Basic familiarity with technology tools like AI and RPA.
• Basic understanding of process mapping, documentation, and identifying improvements.
• Basic knowledge in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardizing manual processes, and developing flowcharts.
• Experience in communicating with public authorities and managing filing processes with government agencies.
• Intermediate experience with legislation and regulatory standards.
• Experience in drafting corporate agreements, including meeting minutes, bylaws, and articles of association.
• Analytical experience with legalization processes.
• Experience in evaluating regulatory impacts.
• Basic skills in forming and amending holding companies.
• Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and its application.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
