Senior Benefit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance benefits strategies that are in line with the company's objectives and the needs of employees.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs and improvements.

• Conduct market research and perform benchmarking activities.

• Keep track of legislative changes and provide support for necessary updates.

• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and service providers.

• Aid in contract reviews, performance assessments, and resolution of issues.

• Organize meetings with brokers and vendors while ensuring service quality standards are upheld.

• Create communication materials, including brochures, guides, and FAQs.

• Assist with benefits enrollment initiatives and employee education efforts.

• Collect employee feedback to enhance benefits offerings and satisfaction levels.

• Monitor and analyze benefits-related expenses and trends.

• Contribute to forecasting and reporting for financial planning purposes.

• Evaluate benefits utilization and the effectiveness of programs.

• Provide insights to enhance benefits offerings and improve employee experiences.

• Support regional benefits harmonization and integration initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Competence in Excel and HRIS systems.

• Must have authorization to work in Romania.
