Oracle EBS Payroll Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage payroll-related initiatives, guaranteeing timely execution and high quality.

• Offer functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy payroll solutions.

• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Diagnose and resolve payroll-related issues.

• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.

• Record business processes and system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.

• Demonstrated experience with 2-3 support projects.

• Proven track record with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to accommodate flexible work schedules.

• Proficiency in Fast Formula.

• Established expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.

• Advanced skills in PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI Publisher (XML Publisher).

• Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and the personalization/customization of EBS modules.

• Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards.

• Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.

• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.

• Understanding of ADOP (Online Patching) and the EBS R12.2 file system architecture.

• Solid understanding of HR, Benefits, and Payroll business processes, statutory requirements, and configuration logic.
