This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Act as a Domain Specialist within the CPQ Solution Delivery team for the Enterprise CPQ initiative.
• Engage in system design discussions, which include user interviews, documentation of requirements, and data gathering.
• Collaborate with technical solution partner owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) on system integration requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create and showcase scalable prototypes, proofs of concept, and technical designs for Oracle CPQ projects.
• Carry out CPQ administrative responsibilities, such as environment setup, managing data tables, using File Manager, overseeing user and group management, and creating parts.
• Conduct technical unit testing and coordinate functional testing with Business Analysts (BAs) and Workstream SMEs.
• Resolve complex CPQ issues, carry out root cause analysis, and escalate matters to Oracle Support when necessary.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Balance conflicting priorities, including post-production support.
• Navigate and troubleshoot intricate BML libraries, identify issues or enhance functionality, and document modifications clearly.
• At least 4+ years of experience, or participation in a minimum of 2 implementations, in Oracle CPQ, including integrations with Oracle Cloud and/or other systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) development and configuration.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully delivering complex projects.
• Practical experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud development involving Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, BML, and Layout Design.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Opportunity to Quote to Order lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and explore additional CPQ tools and applications as necessary.
• Consistent documentation and coding practices throughout the design and development phases.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Order Management is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs for third-party integrations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ integrations, particularly with Salesforce and Oracle Sales Cloud, is preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.
• Experience using CPQ in a manufacturing context is preferred.
